Due to the recent depreciation of the yen, many companies are finding it increasingly difficult to determine the optimal timing and location for overseas expansion.
In response to this, Daiwa Living Vietnam - which currently operates two residential properties in Hanoi and Haiphong - has launched D-WORK PLACE, a rental office and co-working space located in Hanoi, Vietnam. D-WORK PLACE offers an exchange environment that is affordable, clean, safe, and comfortable.
D-WORK PLACE is ideal for use as a satellite office, a branch in Hanoi, or by public institutions. More than just a workspace, our goal is to create an active community where users can connect and collaborate across nationalities, generations, and industries. We proactively provide opportunities and spaces that foster interaction, building on the user-centered approach we’ve cultivated through our operations at Roygent Parks Hanoi and Haiphong.

Tenants of the private office can access the building 24/7, and can freely use the coworking space during business hours. (Fees apply for meeting rooms and phone booths)
*For customers registered with an IRC or ERC, a one-year contract is required.
Kiosk
Complimentary drinks are available at the high counter during business hours (8:30 AM – 4:30 PM). In addition to a FRANKE espresso machine, we provide mineral water, green tea, black tea, as well as access to a microwave, refrigerator, and kettle.
Coworking space
D-WORK PLACE's coworking space can be used on a temporary basis (drop-in) or on a monthly basis, depending on customer needs and situations.
Phone booth
At the phone booth (reservation required) in the coworking space, you can concentrate on important online meetings without worrying about your surroundings.
Meeting room
Meeting rooms for 8 and 6 people can be used by users who have registered on My Page.
A whiteboard and TV monitor are also available in the meeting room.

We provide lockers for guests to store their personal belongings and luggage.

We issue a key card to each user. A key card is required to access our Facility and use the printing service.

We will collect trash and clean the office once a day on weekdays.

We provide equipment such as monitors, charging cables, and power outlets for users to use in the coworking space. Kindly contact our reception staff for assistance.

Parking lot
Please be aware that parking spaces are limited. We recommend reaching out to our staff in advance to check availability.
Landline phone
The rental office is equipped with one landline telephone. In addition to internal calls to the reception, it can also be used for external calls if a contract is established with a telephone service provider. Tenants are responsible for arranging additional landline phones and entering into contracts with the carriers of their choice.
