About office tour
Can I book an office tour?
Yes. You can book a tour to view our office via reservation form.
About the contract
Is it possible to sign a contract without viewing the office?
We suggest all customers (one representative is acceptable) to have the office tour before commiting to a rental. Please book a tour via reservation form.
How long does it take from application to start using the service?
You can use it by following the steps below. Our staff will explain the details to you during the office tour. View → Register → Screen → Contract → Pay the initial fee → Start using the service.
*Our staff will provide an orientation before you start using the service.
What types of contract term do you have?
The minimum contract term is one month.
Can I use it as a store other than an office?
Because this is a shared office, you cannot use it as a store. However, you can use the meeting rooms for seminars, classrooms, private lessons, etc. Feel free to contact us for more information.
Can I get a refund on my deposit?
The deposit will be refunded after deducting any unpaid fees at the time of cancellation.
About the Business hours
What are the business hours?
We open from 8:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday. The facility is closed on weekends and national holidays. However, monthly rental office users can access 24/7. (Advance registration is required for access outside of business hours.)
What time is staff available?
Staff is available from 8:30 to 16:30 on weekdays. Temporary users (drop-in) must check in no later than 15:00.
Are there any holidays?
We open from 8:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday. The facility is closed on weekends and national holidays. However, monthly rental office users can access 24/7. (Advance registration is required for access outside of business hours.)
Do I need to make a reservation for temporary user (drop-in)?
No reservation is needed for your first visit—feel free to come directly to our Facility. Upon arrival, you'll be asked to complete a simple registration. From your second visit onward, we recommend making a reservation through our website.
How do I reserve a meeting room?
We have two meeting rooms available, and customers who have registered as users (or completed simple registration) can make a reservation at their My Page. Customers who want to use the meeting room only should make a reservation after completing simple registration when they come to the office.
About the general service
Can I borrow business stationery?
Yes. We have writing utensils, tape, etc. available, and will expand our supplies based on requests and usage.
Can I buy drinks?
No, we do not sell them. However, there are a coffee machine, water dispenser, and other free drinks available at the kiosk in the co-working space, so please feel free to use them.
Do you have a printer?
Yes. Both corporated users and temporary users (drop-in) can use it for a fee.
Depending on usage, we will finalize the quantity on the last day of the month and send invoice in the following month.
Temporary users (drop-in) can pay by credit card or e-money after using the multifunction machine.
Can I make phone calls or online meetings in the co-working area?
Wearing earphone during your phone call or online meeting is considerate to prevent disruption to others, however, we recommend to use the phone booth for your conversation.
Does my private office come with a phone?
Yes, a phone connected to the reception is included for internal use and call forwarding. If you require a dedicated phone number, please arrange a separate contract directly with a third-party provider.
What kind of telephone services are available?
We have a call forwarding service. Please contact us for more information.
Is it possible to eat in the office?
Only light meals are permitted. Please refrain from eating soup (such as instant noodles), strong-smelling or noisy food that may disturb other guests.
Is there a smoking area?
There is a smoking area outside the building, so please use that. Smoking is prohibited in the entire building.
Do you offer mail service?
During staff available hours (8:30-16:30 weekdays), we’ll handle mail and parcels on your behalf. However, this service is limited to users with a monthly rental office plan.
Can I invite guests to the office?
Yes. However, please use your contracted rental office or a meeting room (which requires a reservation and incurs a fee) for meetings with guests.
We kindly ask that you refrain from holding meetings in the coworking space, as it may disturb other users.
Can you greet visitors when they come to the office?
Our staff at reception is always available to assist you anytime during business hours.
About the fee
When will I be charged for meeting rooms etc.?
For monthly contract customers, fees for optional usage such as meeting rooms will be billed at the end of the month. Drop-in (temporary use) customers are required to make a payment in advance. Please contact our staff for more information.
When I should pay the optional usage fees?
For customers with monthly contracts, all payments must be made by bank transfer by the 25th of the following month, with the amount finalized at the end of the month.
What types of payment are available?
For corporate contracts, payment is accepted via bank transfer. Individual users can pay by bank transfer, credit card, or e-money.
What is included in the monthly rental fee?
The monthly rental fee includes rent, electricity, Wi-Fi, and access to other amenities.
What kind of optional service are there?
Printing and meeting rooms will be charged separately. There is an additional fee if you would like to use company name signs and lockers.
Please tell me about the renewal of the monthly contract
Contract renewal will be made in writing after reviewing the terms.
Are there any costs incurred when cancelling?
There is no fee for cancellation. However, we may charge you separately in the event of overdue usage fees, damage to equipment or fixtures such as desks, or loss of loaned items such as keys.
About the screening

The representative cannot come to the screening.
If the representative cannot come to the screening, please prepare a power of attorney from the representative so that the representative can attend the screening on your behalf.
What kind of documents are required for the application and the screening?
There are differences between corporations and individuals, so please contact us for details.
Please let me know any types of business cannnot be screened.
We will not accept applications for businesses whose purpose is the criminal activities of gambling, prostitution, or trafficking in stimulants, or businesses that are likely to be linked to criminal activities such as adult sites, dating sites, money laundering, pyramid schemes, or gambling, or businesses that violate public order and morals. We will not accept applications for businesses that we deem inappropriate.
About contract
How many days will it take for the contract to start?
The contract will be concluded when the necessary documents have been completed and the initial fee has been paid. We will send you a contract start notification within 2-3 business days after the procedure is completed.
About Registration and Company Establishment
I would like to establish a company. Can you do this for me?
We will introduce you to our affiliated consultants.
Can I use the office address for business registration?
Yes, this service is available only to users with a one-year rental contract. Please note that if you wish to terminate the contract, it cannot be canceled until the registered business address has been officially changed or removed.
About event
Are there any events like seminars?
Yes. We would like to hold more diverse events that will encourage business opportunities for our members and expand our community.
Are there any events where members can socialize with each other?
Yes. We would like to create a forum for proactive exchange that will encourage business.
About the facility
Is there Free Wi-Fi available?
Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi is always available in the Facility
Is there a power supply available?
Yes. However, please note that the outlet type and voltage are different from those in Japan, so please be careful when using them.
The voltage in Japan is 100V, but the voltage in Vietnam is 220V.
Is there a place where can store my luggage?
We provide personal lockers for a fee.
Is there an age restriction?
We do not allow people under the age of 16 to use the Co-working space (except during events, etc.).
What types of meeting rooms are available?
We have one meeting room for 6 people and one meeting room for 8 people.
