Once you have confirmed the offer letter, please sign the offer letter and send the PDF file to us. We will mark the room as "reserved" and hold it for you.

After signing the contract, we will issue a payment request and the initial fee shall be paid before moving in.

Once all procedures have been completed, we will hand over the equipment and conduct a user orientation on your move-in day.
